Start Day:The normal start day for holidays at Manor View is a Friday but short breaks can start on any day. Short breaks may not be available during U.K. school holidays.
Please note: Pets and smoking are not allowed. Access to the apartment is by stairs only.
Prices for 2010/11 are as follows:

Provisional bookings may be made by email or by telephoning +44 (0)1344 485658 but need to be confirmed by receipt of payment within 4 days unless otherwise agreed.

Mrs M.C. Smith, 32 Matthews Chase, Binfield, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG42 4UR.If a booking is made less than 1 month before the holiday start date then payment in full is required at the time of booking. In other instances a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Payment should be by cheque/international draft made payable in pounds sterling to "M.C. Smith - business". Payment by PayPal or electronic bank transfer are also possible.
Cancellations - A £20 re-advertising and administration charge is payable in the case of all cancellations made later than 1 week after booking.
If you have to cancel within 1 month of the holiday start date then the premium is only repayable if the apartment can be re-let.
Obviously, if the apartment becomes unavailable for any reason then any premium that you have paid at that point will be refunded.
